Process Design and Optimization

Strategy is developed through plans, and these, in most cases, are carried out through the application of formally or informally established processes.

The importance of the processes is crucial and many times they affect the efficiency with which the objectives pursued are achieved or even whether they are achieved or not, which is why, given the ever changing reality, it is interesting to always remain very attentive to the possibility to adapt, optimize and simplify them.

On the other hand, in the day to day of organizations we live with an ecosystem of computer applications that are not always implemented to service the processes that most benefits the Company, often resulting in the Company ending up adapting its processes to its software lanscape, and this is a mistake. Normally it is very profitable to adapt the tools to the processes that most interest the Company to execute its plans, and especially if we look at the long term.
