Project Management

The direction of a project starts by setting a goal. It is from this point that a project plan is shaped, with its milestones, its phases, its tasks and its deadlines and resources for each one of them.

There are multiple methodologies at the service of project management, but all of them require the previously mentioned definition phase of their plan, their execution according to what was planned (as far as possible), their management control to measure the deviations produced in the execution and coordination with the members of the team to have the most realistic possible vision of the reality of the evolution of the project and for the communication of all those changes in the plan that could occur.
